Information Summary
A Voip (transfer voice over an internet line) Service from your computer and/or your mobile phone. Calls are cheaper than using your service provider. This does not replace your current provider you can just add it and use it to save costs or phone for free to another iCTel user. You earn income from a portion of the call charges in your network of people you referred to the Network.
Review
I did not have any luck getting this service to work on my Nokia N70. iCtell used Fring wich is a popular voip cell program. When I phoned some one it would not connect. The new desktop V2.55 seems to work fine.
I saw they have discontinued the cell side of it for now. When they return with a new program I will test it and update this post.
Conclusion
It is a Skype kind of replacement and would be more useful if they get the cellphone side working.
